The present invention relates to a carrier to transfer an object to be plated; and the carrier is coupled to a rail member extended along a stepwise plating bath, and fixating and supporting the object to be plated. The present invention comprises: a body unit formed by assembling a plurality of plates; a fixing means installed in one side of the body unit fixating the objects to be plated; and an insulation guide roller installed in the body unit to guide the body unit to be moved along the rail member. As such, the present invention prevents a product from being damaged by a collision where the objects to be plated collide with each other due to a horizontal vibration, such that a rate of defect of the product can significantly be improved thereof.
