The present invention relates to a holder for a mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal case having the same. The holder for the mobile terminal comprises: an elastic member including an inner ring, in which fingers of a user can be put, an outer ring formed at the outside of the inner ring, and a connection unit individually extended in a predetermined area of outer circumferences of the inner ring and a predetermined area of inner circumferences of the outer ring so as to connect the inner and outer rings, and in which the inner ring, the outer ring, and the connection unit are integrally formed; a fixing member covering a predetermined area of both upper surfaces of the outer ring with respect to the connection unit; and an adhesive member formed on a rear surface of the fixing member. Accordingly, fingers are not broken or injured even if a user falls down in the status that the fingers are being put in a ring unit, and the mobile terminal can be held in a vehicle without a separate accessory attached in the vehicle, and the holder for the mobile terminal is not easily damaged even by external load. |
