The present invention relates to a plant cultivation management apparatus for replacing a fertilizer pack having a main pot and a water tank pot and, more specifically, to a plant cultivation management apparatus for replacing a fertilizer pack having a main pot and a water tank pot, which enables a fertilizer pack to be quickly and simply replaced without separating a main pot contained in a water tank pot, when growing edible plants and ornamental plants. The plant cultivation management apparatus for replacing a fertilizer pack, used to plant an edible plant and an ornamental plant, comprises: a main pot in which a predetermined amount of one soil from culture soil and organic mixed soil is accommodated, and the edible plant and the ornamental plant are planted; a water tank pot which contains water with water absorption members including orchid stones and perlite, and accommodates the main pot on the water absorption members to be separable from the side of the main pot, so as to supply water to the edible plant and the ornamental plant; and one or more fertilizer packs which are positioned in a predetermined space formed between the inner side surface of the water tank pot and the outer diameter surface of the main pot, and are dissolved by water of the water tank pot to supply dissolved nutrients to the edible plant and the ornamental plant. |
