A rolling bearing apparatus comprises: a bearing unit having an inner wheel and an outer wheel; and a fuel supply unit installed near a ring-shaped space formed between the inner wheel and the outer wheel. The fuel supply unit comprises a tank which stores lubrication oil to be supplied to the ring-shaped space, and enables the lubrication oil to be leaked from a lower portion. The lubrication oil has conductivity. Moreover, the fuel supply unit comprises: a first electrode installed in a lower portion inside the tank (42); a second electrode installed in a higher position than the first electrode inside the tank; and a wiring unit electrically connected with the first electrode and the second electrode to detect conduction between the first electrode and the second electrode. |
