Provided is a method for matching job offer information and job hunting information in real time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for matching job offer information and job hunting information in real time comprises the following steps of: receiving first job offer information from a first client device; receiving job hunting information from a second client device which has searched for the first job offer information, among a plurality of pieces of job offer information including the first job offer information stored in a server; generating matched information by matching the first client device and the second client device based on the first job offer information and the job hunting information; and transmitting the matched information to the first client device and the second client device in real time. |
