A THRUSTER AND AN OFFSHORE STRUCTURE COMPRISING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a thruster and an offshore structure comprising the same. The thruster installed in the offshore structure comprises: a power transmission unit extended from a lower surface of the offshore structure toward a lower side; an operating unit connected to a lower end of the power transmission unit; a propeller rotated by the operating unit; a duct provided to surround an outer circumferential surface of the propeller; and a plurality of auxiliary wings of which at least a portion is provided in the inside of the duct and moved forward and rearward in order to vary a cross-sectional area where a propeller race passes. According to the present invention, the thruster and the offshore structure change a size of the cross-sectional area where an inflow of the propeller or the propeller race passes by forward and rearward movement of the auxiliary wings provided in the inside of the duct in order to more variously vary a thrust caused by the thruster.
