1. A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display device, comprising:
providing a first substrate comprising a first insulating substrate, a first thin film positioned on the first insulating substrate, and a first alignment layer positioned on the first thin film, the first alignment layer comprising a first exposing area that exposes the first thin film; providing a second substrate comprising a second insulating substrate and a second alignment layer that is disposed on the second insulating substrate; positioning a liquid crystal polymer composition on one of the first substrate and the second substrate, the liquid crystal polymer composition comprising a polymer having greater chemical affinity for the first thin film than for the first alignment layer, and a liquid crystal molecule having greater chemical affinity for the first alignment layer than for the first thin film; disposing one of the first substrate and the second substrate on the other of the first substrate and the second substrate; and curing the liquid crystal polymer composition to form a spacer after the polymer of the liquid crystal polymer composition becomes concentrated in an area corresponding to the first exposing area. |
