Provided is a metal powder manufacturing device. According to the present invention, the metal powder manufacturing device comprises: a tundish receiving molten steel inside, and having an orifice to discharge the molten steel on a lower side of the molten steel part; a water nozzle injecting water of high pressures downwards to the molten steel discharged trough the orifice of the tundish in a fan shape to be symmetric to each other; a water injecting chamber arranged on a lower side of the tundish, storing high pressure water injected through the water nozzle; and at least one flow preventing unit formed on an inner wall of the water injecting chamber, preventing a water flow flowing upwards from a lower part of the inner wall of the water injecting chamber by the high pressure water injected through the water nozzle.
