1. A non-aqueous liquid electrolyte suitable for use in a non-aqueous liquid electrolyte secondary battery, wherein the non-aqueous liquid electrolyte comprises:
5 wt % to 20 wt % of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of fluoroethylene carbonate, 4-(fluoromethyl)-ethylene carbonate, 4,4-difluoroethylene carbonate and 4,5-difluoroethylene carbonate, and 0.01 wt % to 5 wt % of at least one compound represented by formula (E-1):wherein
Xe represents a halogen atom, alkyl group or aryl group, wherein when Xe is an alkyl group or aryl group, it may be further substituted with a halogen atom, alkyl group or aryl group, n represents an integer of 1 or larger and 6 or smaller, wherein when n is 2 or larger, the two or more of Xe may be the same or different from each other, wherein two or more Xe may be connected to each other to form a ring structure or a cage structure.
