Provided is a wireless integration sensor without power supply installed in an electric power facility to check abnormalities of the facility. The wireless integration sensor without power supply comprises: a call signal receiver receiving a call signal; a first piezoelectric conversion unit converting the call signal into a surface acoustic wave; a second piezoelectric conversion unit performing amplitude modification of the surface acoustic wave, which is propagated by the first piezoelectric conversion unit, based on an impedance change in order to reflect the wave to the first piezoelectric conversion unit; a light sensing unit sensing light due to an arc discharge and outputting a voltage corresponding to the light; and an impedance conversion unit coupled to the second piezoelectric conversion unit to control impedance of the second piezoelectric conversion unit based on the voltage outputted by the light sensing unit. A response signal has modified amplitude based on the impedance change. |
