The present invention discloses a touch panel sensing apparatus. According to the present invention, the touch panel sensing apparatus includes: a preprocessing part removing common signal noise of two signals outputted from a touch panel and a frequency element higher than a preset cut-off frequency, when a driving signal is applied; and a damping part outputting a sensing signal damping frequency in a preset frequency region from the output signals of the preprocessing part. Therefore, the touch panel can attenuate noise having low frequency lower than that of the driving signal and noise having high frequency higher than that of the driving signal.
