The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition with lip protection and easy skin pigmentation functions and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition with lip protection and skin pigmentation functions, which leaves color on lips while supplying sufficient moisturizing power, thereby preventing lips from being dried. In addition, the cosmetic composition offers fast drying effects and excellent long lasting color while retaining glossy color as well. To this end, the cosmetic composition of the present invention comprises: a base mixture with the viscosity of 1,000 cps by mixing purified water, alcohol, benzyl alcohol, propylene carbonate, polyacrylamide, C13-14 isoparaffin, and laureth-7; an aroma ingredient mixture composed of ethanol, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, and an aromatic ingredient; a functional cosmetic mixture; and a coloring pigment. |
