Disclosed are an image analysis system of analyzing images captured by a camera and allocated dynamically, an integrated control system having the same, and an operating method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of operating an integrated control system including a monitoring client and at least one image analysis servers, comprises the following steps of: providing an event sensing request to the image analysis server; sensing an event through an analysis operation for images captured by at least one camera allocated to each image analysis server according to basic setting state; selecting at least one related cameras corresponding to a camera where the event is sensed by analyzing table information stored in the monitoring client and event sensing result; newly allocating the selected related cameras to the at least one image analysis servers; and sensing the event through the analysis operation for the images captured by the newly allocated related cameras.
