The present invention relates to a cyclic aggregate crusher with a rotational drum capable of neatly separating cement residue or sand from the cyclic aggregate. The cyclic aggregate crusher includes: a cylindrical rotational drum having crush wings formed on the inner wall in multiple layers; a drum drive motor installed on one side of the rotational drum while rotating the rotational drum; hitting wings installed on the center of the rotational drum, while penetrating the same vertically, and at the same time being installed on a rotational axis where a pulley is installed on the upper end to hit the inserted aggregate, thereby crushing and grinding the aggregate to separate the debris; and a filter capable of separating the mixture in which aggregate and debris crushed and ground from the rotational drum are mixed, and discharging the mixture in accordance with the size of particles. According to the present invention, not only debris attached on the aggregate collected from the construction waste is separated, but the recycled aggregate is crushed or ground. The rotational drum includes: guide wings which are installed on upper and lower ends of the outer circumference, and are supported by two vertical and horizontal guide rollers installed on a support frame, to prevent shaking due to the rotation of the rotational drum; and multiple rotational rollers which rotate the rotational drum by being pushed by the rotation of a sprocket which rotates by the power of the drum drive motor, while minimizing the friction between the sprocket, due to the rotation. |
