The present invention relates to a method for producing marketing information for customers of a store based on information about gender and age of the customers extracted by using a face recognition technology and a system for the same and, more specifically, to a method comprising the following steps of: detecting a facial area from a video recorded through cameras which are individually installed in an entry point and a checkout point of a store; selecting coordinates consisting of unique characteristic points of individuals in the detected facial area and extracting the corresponding coordinates as pro/metadata; individually drawing gender/age information of a corresponding entering customer and a corresponding purchasing customer by comparing patterns of the extracted pro/metadata and existing accumulated age or gender pro/metadata; and comparing and analyzing gender/age information derived from the entering customer and gender/age information derived from the purchasing customer in a first-in, first-out manner, so as to analyze actual purchase information by gender and age of the entering customer. |
