The present invention provides a device for connecting a reinforcing bar, capable of solving an existing problem in which a new coupler is additionally used for connection of two rear reinforcing bars. The device for connecting a reinforcing bar includes: multiple front reinforcing bars to be embedded into concrete of a front structure; a rail having through holes to enable the front reinforcing bars to pass through and installed in order for the front structure to be separated from the front reinforcing bars to a space where a rear structure is installed; a stopper blocking the through hole while screwed with an end of the front reinforcing bar located in the through hole; and a movement prevention unit preventing the rail from moving in the longitudinal direction of the front reinforcing bars when the stopper blocks the through hole.
