1. A system including an information processing device that is connected to another information processing device, and a client device,
said information processing device comprising:
a first memory that stores a first program, anda first processor,wherein the first memory further stores a first authentication information for each user to access the information processing device and a second authentication information for the each user to access the other information processing device, said first and second authentication information of the each user being associated with each other when stored in the first memory, andwherein the first memory further stores first information regarding a file or a folder that is managed by the information processing device accessible based on the first authentication information, and second information regarding a file or a folder that is managed by the other information processing device accessible based on the second authentication information,wherein the first processor executes the first program so as to perform a method including the steps of:
receiving, from the client device, a request for receiving a list of information to be sent based on the first authentication information ;sending a list of information including the first information regarding the file or folder that is managed by the information processing device accessible based on the first authentication information, and the second information regarding the file or folder that is managed by the other information processing device accessible based on the second authentication information, said first and second authentication information being associated with each other when stored in the first memory;receiving a request for executing a process corresponding to one or more files or folders in the list of information;executing a process corresponding to the request for executing a process received based on the second authentication information when the one or more files or folders are to be managed by the other information processing device,wherein the client device includes a second memory that stores second program, and a second processor;
wherein the second processor executes the second program so as to perform a method including the steps of:
sending a request for receiving a list of files to the information processing device;displaying the list of the files or folders on a display of the client device based on the list of files that is send from the information processing device in response to the request for receiving the list of the files,receiving an operation of the one or more files or folders in the list of the files or folders, andsending the request for executing a process corresponding to the received operation. |
