1. A multijunction solar cell comprising:
a plurality of sub-cells, at least two sub-cells of the plurality of sub-cells having a different band gap energy, wherein at least one of the plurality of sub-cells comprises a first monoatomic graphene layer stacked with a second monoatomic graphene layer, and wherein the at least one of the plurality of sub-cells also comprises an n-type dopant distributed with the entire first monoatomic graphene layer and a p-type dopant distributed with the entire second monoatomic graphene layer. |
