PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service without making a user carry any actual media such as a ticket or coupon.SOLUTION: A server includes: an inquiry reception part for receiving an inquiry for a service available by a user of a user device, that is, an inquiry including a terminal ID and user information received by the user device from a service provision support device; a service search part for searching the available service by using the terminal ID and the user information; a content transmission part for transmitting content for providing the searched service to the service provision support device; and a service provision instruction transmission part for, when a service provision request transmitted by the user device is received, transmitting a service provision instruction to the service provision support device to allow the service provision support device to output the content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
