PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work execution management system that readily prevents leakage of process control of operation work of a data center.SOLUTION: Included are a customer server configuration DB 12 that stores system configuration information on a customer server 92, a work management DB 13 that stores work process management information for use in managing a process of a work request, and a management computer 20 that manages the work process. Included are a feature that, on receipt of a work request of the customer server 92, deletes and returns one by one items in a work procedure sheet or check sheet, which is displayed on an operating personnel terminal 80 by an operating personnel, and thus decides whether work has been initiated after an initiation time, and a feature that checks a work progress rate on the basis of the number of items in the work procedure sheet and the number of deleted items. The features are referenced in order to monitor initiation of a request work, a progress level of the request work, and termination of the request work. When a predetermined initiation time, predetermined progress level, or predetermined termination time is exceeded, a followup mail, alert mail, and work completion mail are issued.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
