PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header tank component constituting a header tank used in a heat exchanger and capable of integrally forming a packing portion even if the opening portion of the tank component is not a simple rectangular opening portion.SOLUTION: A header tank component 20B comprises: a sealing portion 50 interposed between a first partition portion 21B and a first plate portion 31, between a second partition portion 22B and a second plate portion 32, and between a third partition portion 23 and a third plate portion 33, entirely formed integrally by injection molding, and adhesively bonded to the first partition portion 21B, the second partition portion 22B, and the third partition portion 23, a gate portion corresponding to a gate for the injection molding being provided near the second partition portion 22B; and adjustment portions 533a and 533b formed by overflow of a resin material injected from the gate into the third partition portion 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
