PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff shaping guide that can easily correspond to the multiple types of foodstuff dimension.SOLUTION: Provided is a foodstuff shaping guide 10 placed over the placing surface 11 of a foodstuff shaping base onto which a plate-shaped foodstuff is placed, and defining the position of foodstuff on the placing surface 11. The foodstuff shaping guide 10 comprises a guide body 101 and a plurality of guide frames 102. The plurality of guide frames 102 is provided on one side or opposing two sides of the guide body 101 corresponding to the width of foodstuff.
