PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium, a forming method of a marker, and a reliability determination method capable of improving the reliability of a provided marker.SOLUTION: A medium is issued from a notary institution, and, on the medium, markers including a first region for certifying a marker providing body and a second region for presenting information are displayed. It is determined whether a read first marker includes the first region, and, when it does not include, the reliability of the first marker is determined on the basis of the consistency between a second marker including the first region and the first marker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
