PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display method of a whiteness value capable of showing a cause of variations in the whiteness value in a grain appearance quality discrimination device.SOLUTION: A white value display method of a grain appearance quality discrimination device includes: an imaging step of acquiring imaged data of a grain by imaging a plurality of grains; an image processing step of extracting quality information relating to a quality of the grain from the imaged data acquired by the imaging step; a quality discrimination step of discriminating the quality of the grain based on the quality information; a whiteness value calculation step of acquiring a whiteness value of the grain based on the quality information; and an output step of outputting a distribution list displaying a distribution state of the whiteness value of each grain acquired by the whiteness value calculation step to display means. In the output step, technological means is employed to display the whiteness value of the grain in the distribution list for each quality grade using a discrimination result at the quality discrimination step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
