PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold plate capable of lowering height as a whole, and improving thermal performance.SOLUTION: A cold plate 1 includes: a plurality of fins 4 provided in a hollow portion composed of a base plate 2 and a cover 3; a supply tube 8 for supplying a cooling medium into the hollow portion; a discharge tube 10 for discharging the cooling medium from the hollow portion; and cooling medium channels 7 formed between the fins 4. At positions corresponding to upper parts at both end portions of the fins 4 on an upper surface 3a of the cover 3, distributing portions 5 and 6 which communicate with each cooling medium channel 7 to distribute and supply the cooling medium to each cooling medium channel 7 are provided. The supply tube 8 extending in a direction parallel with the upper surface 3a is communicated to one distributing portion 5, and the discharge tube 10 extending in the direction parallel with the upper surface 3a is communicated to the other distributing portion 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
