PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which fluid (liquid*gas) is re-circulated in an airtight container and a rotating disc (its one surface is a smooth surface and the other surface has many blades) is installed at the midway part in order to reduce loud noise and vibration or the like occurred at jet planes and helicopters generally flying at present or to improve a running capability of automobiles.SOLUTION: To provide a structure in which fluid (liquid*gas) is re-circulated in an airtight container and a rotating disc (its one surface is a smooth surface and the other surface has many blades) is installed at the midway part. Although a driving force of this invention is generated even if the airtight container is not applied, results such as its performance and noise or the like are changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
