PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hub structure with a built-in motor capable of preventing occurrence of noise due to deviance between the ring body and hub body comprising an internal gear, and to provide a bicycle therewith.SOLUTION: A hub unit 30 with a built-in motor comprises: a hub body 46 provided rotatably to the hub shafts 42, 44; a motor 48 disposed inside the hub body 46 and rotating the hub body 46; and a reduction gear 80 disposed inside the hub body 46 and decelerating the rotation of the motor 48 to transmit to the hub body 46. The reduction gear 80 comprises an annular body 96 having an internal gear 96A engaged with a planetary gear 88 at an inner peripheral side, and plural bolts 98 fastening and fixing the annular body 96 to a cover 92 of the hub body 46. Further, the facing part in which the surface of the cover 92 of the hub body 46 faces that of the annular body 96 is joined with an adhesive 130 so that the surfaces of the cover 92 and the annular body 96 are not relatively misaligned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
