Novelty: a wheelchair with hydraulic lifting seat is disclosed. Constitution: two lifting columns 1 connected to a dismountable Π-shaped base 65 having four wheels (9,56), the back 7 and two horizontal arms (3,54) being connected to the aforementioned two columns and bearing the seat (5 or 45) via the straps 4. The dismountable base 65 is composed of the Π-shaped section 62 and two horizontal gama-shaped arms 2. Function mode: the two columns 1 and the seat (5 or 45) are elevated with the assistance of the hydraulic mechanism 47 having the foot lever 18, and the isomeric pressure distributor 49 composed of the shaft 23 and the two pistons (27, 28); the hydraulic mechanism descends upon actuation of the hydraulic switch 19. Advantages: the elevation of the seat bearing the handicapped person is carried out simply by some foot strokes applied on the foot lever of the hydraulic mechanism while its descent is obtained via the hydraulic switch and the body’s weight of the disabled. |
