Disclosed are an exhaust apparatus and an exhaust method for a ship or an offshore plant discharging an internal air to the outside using an external strong wind of a ship or an offshore plant without using a mechanical configuration such as a fan. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided are the exhaust apparatus of the ship or the offshore plant comprising: a first duct introducing an external air; a second duct communicating with the first duct and discharging the internal air; and a third duct connected to an outlet side of the first duct to discharge the internal air mixed with the external air to the outside of the ship or the offshore plant.
