PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a travelling mode to be appropriately switched.SOLUTION: The vehicular control device, which comprises a motor mode in which first driving force can be transmitted to wheels and a parallel mode in which second driving force larger than the first driving force can be transmitted to the wheels, has: a mode control portion that when required driving force &bgr; exceeds a mode threshold α across time for determination, switches the motor mode to the parallel mode; and a determination condition setting portion that sets at least either one of the time for determination and the mode threshold α on the basis of speed difference between limit speed and travelling speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
