PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device that can establish a communication path for two-way communication with a communication opposite party on the basis of an IP address after change when an IP address is changed and can prevent unintended communication from the communication opposite party.SOLUTION: A communication terminal device comprises; first communication means for communicating via a communication network; and control means for controlling the first communication means. The control means establishes a communication path for two-way communication with a communication opposite party via the communication network on the basis of a prescribed IP address and port number set to each of the communication terminal device and the communication opposite party, and upon the IP address of the communication terminal device being changed, performs control so as to transmit connection information including an IP address after the change and the prescribed port number set to the communication terminal device to the communication opposite party.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
