PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate consideration work of improvement to reduce the opportunity loss by allowing a user to appropriately and swiftly comprehend the situation of opportunity loss in the premises.SOLUTION: A piece of statistical information which represents temporal transition of the number of visitors and the number of customers who made payment in the premises is generated by acquiring the number of visitors and the number of customers who made payment. After acquiring images which are picked up in the premises, the statistical information and images in the premises are integrated and displayed. That is, the statistical information and the images in the premises are displayed on a statistical information display part 75 and an image display part 76 which are arranged on one screen. On the screen, the statistical information is displayed along the time scale, and time band characters 82 as a selection point are displayed on the time scale. Responding to a selection operation made by the user, the images in the premises corresponding to the selected time band are displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
