PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention system that can avoid a risk of encountering an intruder at the homecoming time or the like for safety of single life with a very simple construction and without separately providing any special sensor.SOLUTION: A crime prevention system containing a gate slave machine and an indoor master machine for performing radio communication with the gate slave machine has electric wave intensity measuring means for measuring the intensity of electric waves between the gate slave machine and the indoor master machine. The gate slave machine has an imaging unit for imaging a predetermined outdoor space, and a gate slave machine controller for controlling the imaging unit to image the predetermined outdoor space when it is detected on the basis of a measurement result of the electric wave intensity measuring means that a door is opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
