PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for providing a pressure container having a high tank burst pressure and maintaining the inherent mechanical properties of a cured resin in a fiber-reinforced composite material, and to eliminate the deterioration of mechanical characteristics of a fiber-reinforced composite material at the time of forming in particular a large and thick pressure container by effectively suppressing the deformation and deterioration of a liner made of a thermoplastic resin when the pressure container is manufactured using the fiber-reinforced composite material and the liner.SOLUTION: A pressure container manufacturing method includes: a first step of obtaining a resin-impregnated reinforcing fiber bundle by impregnating a reinforcing fiber bundle with a matrix resin composition comprising (a) an epoxy resin, (b) an epoxy resin curing agent, (c) a radical-polymerizable unsaturated compound, and (d) a radical polymerization initiator; a second step of covering the outer surface of a liner with the resin-impregnated reinforcing fiber bundle by a filament winding method; and a third step of curing the matrix resin composition contained in the resin-impregnated reinforcing fiber bundle.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
