PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a difficult process control possibility frequently invites topical overheating, therefore causes damage in a filter, and hence reduces filter usefulness.SOLUTION: The configuration and method are used for cleaning a filter device (3) disposed on a production gas line (2) of a production gas generating plant (1). By the method, a filter (5) of the filter device (3) is separated from the production gas line (2) with closure means (4) to supply an oxygen-containing control gas (CG) into the filter (5) separated from the production gas line (2), so that the control gas (CG) forming at least a part of a regeneration gas (RG) cleans the filter (5) to remove the regeneration gas (RG) having passed through the filter (5) from the filter (5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3a |
