PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric that contains protein while avoiding the inactivation thereof and also shows high enzyme activity.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method of producing a protein-containing nonwoven fabric. The protein-containing nonwoven fabric can be obtained by a method comprising steps of preparing a three-dimensional polymer with water as solvent in coexistence of protein, preparing a nonwoven fabric by electrolytic spinning, and insolubilizing the nonwoven fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
