PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prompt service resumption support system used at times of earthquake that significantly curtails the amount of time needed to resume train operation and road traffic after an earthquake.SOLUTION: A prompt service resumption support system 1 used at times of earthquake of the present invention includes: earthquake measurement and recording devices 10 fitted on a plurality of railroad structures or a plurality of road structures; a central computer 30 that collects first data from the earthquake measurement and recording devices and determines whether patrolling and confirmation are needed for the railroad structures or the road structures based on the collected first data; and an information terminal 40 that receives a notice on whether the patrolling and confirmation are needed for the railroad structures or the road structures from the central computer 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
