PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical circuit with a mirror that includes a reflection mirror uniform in characteristic at a low cost, and to provide a manufacturing method of the optical circuit with a mirror.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an optical circuit 20 with a mirror comprises: a mirror formation step of forming two or more reflection mirrors 31 on a mirror substrate 32; an optical circuit formation step of forming two or more optical circuits 41 having an incident/emerging terminal 41a of light formed in a side face on an optical circuit substrate 42; a bonding step of bonding the mirror substrate 32 and the optical circuit substrate 42 so that the reflection mirror 31 is respectively located on each optical path of light emerging from the incident/emerging terminals 41a of the two or more optical circuits 41, and preparing an optical circuit substrate with a mirror; and a separation step of separating the optical circuit substrate with a mirror for each of a pair of the optical circuit 41 and the reflection mirror 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
