PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user device for providing a service to a user without making a service provision support device and the user device perform bi-directional communication.SOLUTION: A user device 3 includes: a terminal ID reception part 301 for receiving a terminal ID of a service provision support device 2 transmitted from a service provision support device 2 by using a short-range radio communication technology; an inquiry part 302 for transmitting a terminal ID and user information to a server to make an inquiry for an available service; an available service reception part 303 for receiving the data of the searched available service from the server; an operation detection part 307 for detecting a check-in operation by the user; and a service provision request transmission part 308 for, when the check-in operation is detected, transmitting a service provision request to the server to allow the server to transmit a service provision instruction to the service provision support device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
