PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for forming an inorganic particle-containing functional film excellent in the uniform dispersibility of inorganic particles, excellent in storage stability and further excellent in spray properties and dripping preventability, and a method for producing an electronic device using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition for forming an inorganic particle-containing functional film comprising the following components (A) to (C): (A) inorganic particles with a specified particle diameter including specified elements; (B) cellulose fiber with the number average fiber diameter of 2 to 150 nm, in which the hydroxyl group at the C6 position of each glucose unit in the cellulose molecules is selectively oxidatively transformed into any of a carboxyl group, an aldehyde group and a ketone group, the content of the carboxyl group is 1.2 to 2.5 mmol/g, the total content of the aldehyde group and the ketone group by measurement according to a semicarbazide method being below 0.3 mmol/g, and further, the amorphous region amount of the cellulose is 10 to 25%; and (C) a polar solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
