摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a composite phosphor powder that forms phase transition.SOLUTION: In a method for synthesizing a composite phosphor powder of this invention, a transition from MSiN:Rphase to MSiN:Rphase is controlled by adjusting a sintering temperature and sintering duration. A phosphor powder comprising different percentages of two phases can be formed by controlling synthetic conditions. The CIE chromaticity coordinate diagram in one embodiment indicates that the emission color of phosphor powder of SrSiN:Euchanges from red to pink, and then to blue. A straight line passes through CIE chromaticity coordinates of the measured data and there is no color deviation at the two ends of the straight line, the coordinates of any color resulting from a mixture of two colors lie on the straight line. The method of this invention can obtain a mixed phase of two colors by only one sintering without sintering two or more times or adding other colored phosphor, obtains uniform light color phosphor with composite colors after grinding and sieving, and can cut the costs of phosphor powder synthesis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
