PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system which allows a call registration user who has performed call registration first to get off an elevator in priority.SOLUTION: An elevator system 1 of an embodiment comprises a reference floor camera 14, an in-car camera 24, an analysis unit 32, a storage unit 31 and a control unit 33. The reference floor camera 14 is disposed on a reference floor landing 200, and the in-car camera 24 is disposed in a car 110. The analysis unit 32 identifies a user in the car 110 and specifies a floor where the user gets off. The storage unit 31 associates at least the user with the floor where the user gets off, and stores them. The analysis unit 32 identifies the imaged user of the reference floor landing 200. The control unit 33 performs special operation control which does not regard destination floor registration of the car 110 between the reference floor and the floor where the user gets off associated to the car 110 of the elevator 100 corresponding to the call registration, when the call registration user is a user associated with the floor where the user gets off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
