摘要

PURPOSE:To automatically and quickly produce documents by reading the specific data and the data showing propriety of a user out of a medium and then reading out the registered data according to a selecting instruction for the types of documents to print it out. CONSTITUTION:The specific data and the data showing the propriety of a user are read out of the medium 1 by a reading means 2. The user instructs the type of his/her desired document via a selecting instruction means 3. Then the corresponding registered data is read out of a registered data memory means 4 based on those data read out of the medium by the means 2 as well as the instruction of the means 3. The means 4 stores plural types of registered data for plural users.
