The present invention relates to a bean sprout cultivating apparatus. The bean sprout cultivating apparatus includes: a cultivating container which has an opened top, a storage space on the inside, and multiple water holes formed on one side; a yellow soil layer arranged on the lower part of the storage space; and an upper sawdust layer which is formed on top of the yellow soil layer. According to the present invention, a ventilation structure ensuring smooth ventilation of the sawdust layer and the effects of far-infrared rays emitted from the yellow soil layer can ensure a smooth oxygen supply in order to promote the growth of bean sprouts, thereby significantly increasing the yields of the bean sprouts compared to a conventional method. Also, the bean sprout cultivating apparatus can have an additional sterilizing and antibacterial function using the far-infrared rays in order to enhance the sterilizing and antibacterial performance, thereby significantly reducing the disease making the bean sprouts rot by reliably suppressing the growth of fungi and bacteria. The bean sprout cultivating apparatus uses the ventilation structure of the sawdust layer ensuring smooth ventilation in order to significantly reduce the incidence of soft rot and to increase the yields accordingly. |
