PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition which allows even a silica-based inorganic filler-containing vulcanized product obtained therefrom to have an excellent balance between low hysteresis loss properties and wet skid resistance or excellent fracture strength and satisfy practically-sufficient processability, wear resistance and even drive stability.SOLUTION: The modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition contains: a modified conjugated diene-based copolymer (A) which has a functional group shown by a predetermined general formula at one end thereof and an alkoxysilyl group and an amine-containing functional group at another end thereof, which end is made different from the end having the group shown by the predetermined general formula and which contains an aromatic vinyl compound-derived unit; and a modified conjugated diene-based polymer (B) which has the functional group shown by the predetermined general formula at one end thereof and the alkoxysilyl group and the amine-containing functional group at another end thereof, which end is made different from the end having the group shown by the predetermined general formula and which does not contain the aromatic vinyl compound-derived unit.SELECTED DRAWING: None
