PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile type device which can be suitably mounted in a gripping area which would be gripped by a user.SOLUTION: A tactile type device includes a flexible and deformable tube, a liquid or a gel analogical substance, a sensor and an actuator. The flexible and deformable tube is attached in a gripping area which would be gripped by a user. The liquid or the gel analogical substance is encapsulated in the tube, and is so configured to transmit pressure and/or pressure oscillation, oscillation/pressure therethrough. The sensor is so configured to detect pressure and/or pressure oscillation, oscillation/pressure generated in the tube. The actuator is so configured as to generate a tactile signal in the tube and/or the substance in such a manner that the tactile signal is transmitted to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
