PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery management device and the like that enable each of a plurality of users sharing a storage battery to use the storage battery without the influence of the use of the storage battery by another user.SOLUTION: A storage battery management device 30 for managing the use of a storage battery 22 by a plurality of users, comprises: a storage unit 34 storing therein an allocation table 34a indicating a correspondence relation between each of the users and an available battery capacity of the storage battery 22; and a control unit 33 controlling the storage battery 22 to be charged and controlling the storage battery 22 to be discharged so that the users use the storage battery within a range of the available battery capacity indicated by the allocation table 34a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
