PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring circuit board that can surely join an external board to a second terminal part, and also can reinforce the second terminal part and a first terminal part.SOLUTION: A suspension board 1 with a circuit comprises: a base insulating layer 9 having a first opening part 49; a lower side conductor layer 10 formed on the base insulating layer 9 and having a rear side terminal part 52 having a first filling part 55 to be filled into the first opening part 49; an intermediate insulating layer 11 formed on the base insulating layer 9 and having a second opening part 59; an upper side conductor layer 12 formed on the intermediate insulating layer 11 and having a pad part 62 having a second filling part 63 to be filled into the second opening part 59 so as to be connected to the rear side terminal part 52; and a metal support substrate 8 formed under the base insulating layer 9 and having a supporting part 66 to be connected to the first filling part 55 to be filled into the first opening part 49.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
