PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system, a management device and a program, capable of allowing an output request while considering performance of an output person having performed the output request even in a case where the output request does not satisfy an output constraint condition.SOLUTION: A server device 2 includes: a reception unit 200 that receives a registration request of an output object and an output request of the output object; and a registration processing unit 203 that registers the output object to a storage unit 21 on the basis of the registration request received by the reception unit 200; and determination means 207-209 that determine whether the output request received by the reception unit 200 satisfies an output constraint condition registered while associated with the output object, and when the output request does not satisfy the output constraint condition, determine whether to allow the output request by referring to output history information related to an output person who has performed the output request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
