PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof optical outlet for securing a protecting function of a fire occurring indoors by preventing fire heat from leaking to the outside.SOLUTION: The fireproof optical outlet includes: an adapter base 2 mounted and fixed to a central and vertically long opening 2a in an indoor wall plate in a state in which a modular jack and antenna terminal are attached and fixed via the opening 2a; a decorative panel 1 including a connection unit 4 for electric connection including the modular jack and antenna terminal and an opening 6 for optical connector insertion for an optical adapter 5; and a fireproof plate 41 interposed between the adapter base 2 and the decorative panel 1 so as to cover the clearance occurring between the adapter base 2 and the opening in the indoor wall plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
